Before attempting the real exam, you should make sure you have a good understanding of all common road signs. It is also a good idea to learn how shapes and colors are used to convey messages. Diamond-shaped signs with yellow background are warning signs. Regulatory signs that tell you what you must do or must not do are usually white or red.
You should also know that there is only one round sign in United States, only one sign that has eight sides, and only one sign that has five sides. Do you know which they are?
Remember, you must get at least two signs (50%) right on the test.
